Blanca's Kitchen and Bar has only been open about a month, but the vibe already feels fresh and full of promise. The pork pozole from their brunch menu hit the spot, warm, hearty, and full of flavor. Their house-made Habanero sauce was spicy and packed with flavor. Great spot. Great energy. Give them a try if you're in the area.
